Apr. 1, 2008: Thanks for the Memories

It's with a heavy heart that I must resign today from 105.5 Triple M.  I've enjoyed my time here and I hope you have too.  It's been great helping you get ready for work or school each day.  However, Charlie Shortino (NBC 15 Weather Guy) and I are moving into a new field.  We've decided to open the very first MP3-ville store here in Madison.

Perhaps you heard on this morning's show that Mayor Dave is planning on banning all CD sales in the Madison area in just two years!  Apparently this type of  MP3 store is all the rage in Austin, Texas.  Charlie and I decided we wanted to be the first to bring this exciting new store to Madison.  It sounds pretty cool.  We'll have all different types of MP3 players for sale and tons of music you can download.

Soon you'll be invited to the land of MP3-ville.  Our target date to open is in August.  Look for our new store on State Street.
