July 21st - Dark Star Orchestra @ Barrymore Theatre
Dark Star Orchestra is making a stop at the Barrymore Theatre in Madison on July 21st at 7:30pm. Tickets are $20 in advance and $22 day of show. Catch them in town before they head to 10,000 Lakes Music Festival.

Mark your calendars for Atwood Summerfest! Join the residents of Madison’s near east side for this great neighborhood celebration. The fest has foodand craft vendors, street entertainment and multiple stages with live music.

August 1st - SAVOR Event @ Wisconsin State Fair
The Wisconsin Brewer’s Guild is excited to announce SAVOR The Best of Wisconsin, a beer and food pairing extraordinaire to be held during this year’s Wisconsin State Fair on August 1st. SAVOR is about showcasing Wisconsin’s finest craft breweries; featuring the best beers from the best breweries around the state. Saz’s Catering will provide a scrumptious menu of items; each more delectably paired with a beer than the next!
There will be a coach leaving Capital Brewery at 3:00PM on August 1st for the SAVOR event and returning to Capital about 11:00PM. There will be beverages & munchies (as well as facilities) on the bus. Total ticket price for the round trip coach ride, entrance in to the State Fair, and the SAVOR event is $56.00. August 8th & 9th - Waukesha BluesFest
See Doyle Bramhall and Popa Chubby headline the Waukesha BluesFest at Naga-Waukee Park in Delafield, WI, August 8th and 9th, 2008. Gates open at 12:30 pm both days, and live music acts will perform from 1 pm to 10:30 pm. Tickets $15 for a single-day pass and $27 for a two-day pass through July 31, 2008. Beginning August 1, 2008, admission will be $19 for a single-day pass and $34 for a two-day pass. Also scheduled to perform this year are The Hecker Kelley Band, Mud Angels, The Danny Miller Band, Robert Allen Jr. Trio, The Groove Hogs, Tarbox Ramblers, Room to Move, Hounds Tooth, Altered Five, Jim Liban Blues Trio, Bryan Lee and the Blues Power Band and The Bel Airs.
In addition to the musical acts, Waukesha BluesFest features an exceptional selection of food from popular local restaurants, a full selection of beverages and an Art Show featuring regional and locally known artists.
